Job description

Titan Professional Resources is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Desktop Support Analyst to join a collaborative IT team. This role is responsible for providing technical support across the organization, ensuring efficient resolution of hardware, software, and network issues. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support., * Provide first-level technical support to users across the organization.

  • Respond to support requests via ticketing system, phone, or in person.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Utilize remote access tools to troubleshoot and resolve user problems.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to perform on-site support and maintenance.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Maintain and manage network cables and basic infrastructure components.
  • Deliver basic training and guidance to end-users on systems and applications.
  • Document support activities and maintain accurate service records.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant technical support experience.
  • Familiarity with networking protocols and systems.
  • Proficiency in remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer).
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site support as needed.
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
