Job description
As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Login VSI, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by combining technical expertise with sales acumen. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to understand customer requirements, propose technical solutions, and demonstrate capabilities of our two products: Login Enterprise and Hydra. This role demands a strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build relationships with customers and prospects based on trust and credibility.
How you will contribute
You will help prospects and customers su ccessfully deploy, customize and operate Login VSI products by:
Technical Expertise:
- Deeply understand the technical aspects of our products, Hydra and Login Enterprise
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies
- Provide expert technical guidance to prospects and customers, helping them deploy and integrate our products into their environment
Pre-Sales Support:
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proofs of concept (POCs)
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify customer needs and business objectives
- Translate prospect requirements into technical solutions through Hydra and/or Login Enterprise
Post-Sales Support:
- Ensure smooth transition of projects from sale to implementation phase
- Conduct post-sales technical reviews and evaluations
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers and the Customer Success Team
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, providing expert guidance on solutionsAddress technical concerns and objections during the customer lifecycle

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Pre-Sales engineering or Solutions Architect role
- Deep experience with Windows OS w/ knowledge of enterprise deployment and update processes
- Experience working with enterprise-scale environments, including VDI/DaaS platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, AVD)
- Scripting Experience with C#, PowerShell or other automation experience in Windows environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
