In this role, you will design and build scalable data pipelines and industrialized data assets, with a strong focus on CRM data integration and optimization to support sales, loyalty, and marketing initiatives across our automotive business. You will partner closely with Data Scientists, BI Developers, and Marketing and Sales Operations teams to deliver data solutions that enhance customer loyalty, improve lead conversion, support targeted campaigns, and provide program-level oversight.
Using cloud-native technologies, including Azure Databricks, you will enable advanced analytics across customer behavior, dealer interactions, vehicle purchase trends, and campaign performance-helping shape the future of automotive retail and marketing., We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer who is passionate about building scalable data solutions and applying modern development and DevOps practices to data engineering workflows, with a strong background working in Azure- and Databricks-based environments.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and workflows usingDatabricksandAzure Data Services.
- Implement best practices fordata engineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure data solutions.
- Drive adoption of modernDevOps practiceswithin the data engineering lifecycle.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all solutions., This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.
Requirements
- 7+ Years Data Engineering Experience
- Proven experience working withDatabricksandAzure(Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, etc.).
- Strong proficiency inPython,SQL,ApacheSpark, and distributed data processing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience withCI/CD pipelines,Git, andDevOps toolsfor data engineering.
- Solid understanding ofcloud architecture,data security, andperformance optimization.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and deliver solutions at scale.

- Familiarity withinfrastructure automation(Terraform, ARM templates).
- Salesforce CRM, CRM-A, Data Cloud experience.
- Knowledge ofdata governance frameworksand compliance standards.

- The salary range for this roleis $153,200 to $269,100The actual basesalarya successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
