Job description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Desk Technician to provide technical support and assistance to end users. This role serves as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and system problems in a timely and professional manner., * Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and applications
- Respond to service requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues or escalate as appropriate
- Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures accurately
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Support user account management, including password resets and access requests
- Deliver clear and courteous communication to users of varying technical skill levels
- Follow IT policies, procedures, and security standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or technical certification preferred
- Previous experience in a help desk, service desk, or technical support role preferred
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, * Technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Time management and task prioritization

- Shifts may start as early as 7:00 AM and end as late as 6:00 PM, This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
