The IT Service Operations Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and reliable lifecycle management of PC hardware at our client's campus. This position is responsible for coordinating PC refresh communications, tracking device returns, performing factory resets, and maintaining accurate system documentation. The role also supports campus IT health checks and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strict adherence to standard work procedures. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davidson, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
