Job description
CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is seeking a Information Technology Liaison for the Army TAP (Department of the Army Transition Assistance Program) Program. The Information Technology (IT) Liaison serves as a technical liaison supporting reporting, monitoring, analytics, and system-enabled program operations. This position helps analyze data, support command briefings, monitor related activities, and coordinate information flow across stakeholders and events. Key Responsibilities · Identify and coordinate IT functional needs with the Government IT office responsible for IT delivery to ensure stakeholders have the ability to access, enter, record, and retrieve data when needed · Identify systemic IT issues, which impede recording/tracking requirements · Identify recommendations to improve data collection, tracking and accuracy in increase confidence · Recommend changes, interpret changes, and track status of Systems Interface Agreements, and other IT related documents for TAP software with HRC, Personnel Information Systems Directorate (PERSINS-D) · Meet with various Government agencies (e.g. DOL,VA, and the SBA) to coordinate data sharing issues · Support and participate in weekly meetings with Government representatives to coordinate and synchronize IT requirements to include TAP, webpage, social media, and knowledge management tools · Review and provide analysis of automated reports and data provided by the Government · Review, maintain, and update SOPs when affected by policy or system changes
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree preferred in Training and Development, HR Management, Counseling, information systems, or a related field, with at least 2 years of related experience. · Ability to provide transition-related data retrieval, monitoring, analytics, and reporting. Required Experience · Experience tracking, reporting, and briefing on installation-level or program-level activities. · Experience with marketing or outreach support and ability to assist with event logistics. · U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a National Agency Check/background investigation. Preferred Qualifications · Experience with TAPXXI, reporting dashboards, or knowledge management portals. · Experience serving as an IT, reporting, or systems liaison in a government program environment., · Bachelor's degree preferred in Training and Development, HR Management, Counseling, information systems, or a related field, with at least 2 years of related experience. · Ability to provide transition-related data retrieval, monitoring, analytics, and reporting.
