Job description

  • Design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform using both low-code (e.g., Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio) and pro-code (e.g., JavaScript, Angular) approaches.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and global stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including CSM, ITSM, ITOM and others to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and other platform components.
  • Develop detailed architecture, design and coding standards for the development teams to follow. Lead design and code walkthroughs.
  • Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools.
  • Automate business processes and tasks using ServiceNow's Flow Designer and other automation capabilities.
  • Manage data access and integration between scoped applications and global database tables within the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, along with 3-5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience
  • Experience in developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements
  • Strong knowledge of scripting and/or programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS, REST integrations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading solution and design across case management, knowledge management, portals, document management, and reporting
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred

Salary/level commensurate with experience. Hybrid Remote Ohio: Crown offers mostly remote work for this position.
