Job description

We are seeking an experienced INFOR LN Application Administrator to support enterprise applications in a remote environment across the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administration, maintenance, monitoring, and user onboarding for critical business applications while ensuring system stability and performance.

This role requires hands-on experience in application support, troubleshooting, security configuration, patching, automation, and working within Linux environments. The selected candidate will also collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and SMEs to resolve issues and improve operational processes., * Administer and support INFOR LN and related enterprise applications.

  • Manage user onboarding, access provisioning, and security configurations.
  • Perform installation, patching, upgrades, and system maintenance activities.
  • Monitor application performance and proactively resolve system issues.
  • Support incident tickets and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Open, manage, and track Oracle Service Requests (SRs) as needed.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend solutions.
  • Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting tools.
  • Work in Linux environments and support middleware technologies.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders, process consultants, and SMEs.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of business-critical applications.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be located within the United States.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (no dual citizenship).
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise application administration/support.
  • Strong experience with INFOR LN or similar ERP platforms.
  • Experience with Linux operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting/automation tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Good understanding of software engineering practices and business processes.
  • Experience managing Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills., * 4 to 6 years of experience with Oracle EBS or PeopleSoft applications.
  • Exposure to middleware technologies.
  • Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote support environment
