Job description
Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Analyst to support a growing, multi-brand organization in the commercial and residential services space. This role will serve as a key point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and networked systems. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically curious, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver a high level of service across a nationwide user base.
Requirements
- End-user IT support experience
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 help desk support
- Strong hardware, software, and troubleshooting skills
- Windows and Mac OS support
- Microsoft Office & Office 365 experience
- Active Directory user administration
- Remote desktop support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-service mindset supporting non-technical users
