Job description

  • Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administrators.

  • Duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocate mass storage space.

Requirements

  • Systems Administrator 1: 0+ years experience with Bachelors, or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.

  • Systems Administrator 2: 3+ years relevant experience with Bachelors; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.

  • Systems Administrator 3: 6+ years relevant experience with Bachelors; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.

  • Systems Administrator 4: 10+ years relevant experience with Bachelors; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.

  • Experience with office administration or program support in government or defense settings

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced environments"

  • Active TS/SCI government security clearance required to start. Must be able to obtain a CI Poly

Physical Requirements

  • Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.

Benefits & conditions

The selected candidate will contribute to a high-impact government program focused on enhancing and securing mission-critical systems and environments. The program is scheduled to launch in early 2026 and due to the classified nature of the mission and the sensitivity of the operational environment, an active TS/SCI security clearance will be required. We will be hiring several people for these roles at various levels with salary ranges outlined here:

  • Systems Administrator 1: $61,800 - $87,000

  • Systems Administrator 2: $75,872 - $107,194

  • Systems Administrator 3: $92,160 - $131,680
