Job description
Develop and document moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements Design software and interface specifications Coordinate with customers on the development of software and interface specifications Test and validate systems to ensure designs meet operational and functional requirements Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fielded software throughout the product lifecycle Support airplane installation design and certification efforts for Network Systems and Airplane Programs Engage with airline customers to understand their intended use of Network Systems Create software scripts to support and/or automate testing procedures and analysis Maintain configuration matrices for customer configurations and system architectures Support engineering releases related to airplane definition and configuration options
Requirements
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field required 1 3 years of software engineering experience Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to identify issues in technical documentation Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Python Familiarity with ENOVIA PDM, Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) to comply with ITAR regulations.
