Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP CS (Customer Service) / SM (Service Management) and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
- Proven experience with Service Order configuration and processing.
- Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 implementations, migrations, or integrations.
- Working knowledge of cross-functional SAP modules:
- SD (Sales & Distribution)
- MM (Materials Management)
- FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling)
- LO (Logistics Execution)
- Experience integrating SAP with third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end service and maintenance business processes.
- Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and communicate with stakeholders.
