Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP CS (Customer Service) and PM (Plant Maintenance) experience, supporting enterprise system migrations and integration of newly acquired business units into a centralized SAP ECC 6.0 environment.
- Proven expertise in integrating Field Service Management solutions with SAP CS/PM modules, with strong focus on end-to-end Service Order lifecycle management.
- Solid cross-functional knowledge across SD, MM, LO, and FICO, enabling seamless coordination between service, logistics, and financial processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead functional workshops, gather requirements, and support stakeholders in complex transformation and system integration initiatives.
- Experience working in remote delivery models, collaborating with distributed teams, and supporting scalable integration using modern middleware and API-based solutions.
