SAP Perm Roles - IBP or Enterprise Solutions Architect

The Role: You will be the hands-on leader driving our shift from manual, calendar-based planning to agile, exception-driven IBP workflows.

• Key Focus: Configure SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response) and integrate with S/4HANA.

• Key Focus: Lead end-to-end integration of ERP (SAP), SCM, and Finance systems.
• Governance: Own the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and define iPaaS integration patterns.
• Requirements: 8-10+ years in EA; deep expertise in Record-to-Report (RTR) and O2C processes.
• Must-Have: Global Retail industry experience., * Innovation: Enable rapid "what-if" simulations and same-day decision-making for planners.
• Requirements: 5-7+ years of hands-on SAP IBP configuration; 10+ years in Supply Chain.
• Must-Have: Experience in high-SKU, high-velocity environments (Retail/eCommerce preferred)., * Leadership: Ability to lead steering committees with C-suite/VP stakeholders.
• Technical Depth: Expert-level knowledge of the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, ECC, BW).
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical designs into measurable business ROI (service levels, cost, and agility).
• Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
