Job description
Develop and maintain test solutions for system and subsystem integration, including functional and technical specifications. Review requirements for testability and create comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules. Conduct subsystem/system testing and integration regression testing, document results, and prepare evaluation reports. Analyze test results, troubleshoot problems, and validate system performance. Write discrepancy reports and coordinate testing activities with programs and cross-functional teams. Mentor and lead teams to achieve milestone completion. Synthesize contractual requirements into technical, schedule, and cost-effective test solutions.
Requirements
Interim clearance process must begin at offer stage. Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years using Microsoft Office for status reports, project plans, and work instructions. 5+ years writing, editing, and supporting software using LabVIEW. 3+ years writing, editing, and supporting software using Test Stand. 3+ years analyzing and resolving technical problems. Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective team collaboration. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications: 9+ years of professional-level career experience. Subject matter expertise in RF or Microwave systems and subsystems. Experience developing complex test programs in Test Stand. Proficiency in troubleshooting measurement issues and isolating problems. Experience preparing engineering documentation (assembly diagrams, parts lists, charts, presentations). Knowledge of Corrective/Preventative Action processes and deriving test requirements from design/system requirements. Proven ability to collaborate across multidiscipline teams and build relationships across organizations., Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) to comply with ITAR regulations.
