At MLT, we create solutions by empowering our people to fulfill their passion for service. In support of a government client. we are seeking mid and senior-level Test & Evaluation Engineers with experience in supporting a government client.
General Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of the engineering or scientific work in a project or perform work that involves conventional engineering or scientific practicesGenerate specifications or plans to support the development of acquisition documentationSupport technical findings, opinions, or recommendations Perform customer liaison, make presentations, and attend customer meetings Consult with stakeholders on technical applications to support program management decisions
Specific Requirements: Perform the administrative and technical support required to successfully coordinate and facilitate Systems Engineering Technical Reviews, to include development and update of supporting documentation for each event (i.e., Technical Review Action Plan, Technical Review Data Package); creation of technical review summary reports and additional supporting documentation; development of meeting minutes and action item trackers; and update of event information on calendars and Government-specified websites (i.e., TEAMS, SharePoint)Develop, review, update, and deliver systems engineering documentation, to include Systems Engineering Plans and program-specific annexes; baseline documentation; Engineering Change Proposals; System Requirements documentation; and Work Breakdown StructuresParticipate in Configuration Management activities and support the program Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health process as requiredLeverage knowledge of systems engineering processes to inform the program Integrated Master Schedule on key engineering events and documents and their expected durations and dependenciesAnalyze user requirements and provide input to system specification documents and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM), ensuring the RTM is updated following the completion of each test event
Requirements
BS (Engineering Field) with 7-9 years of experience. Years of relevant experience may be subsitute for a degree on a case-by-case basis.
