Job description

  • Partner with field operations teams to understand workflow challenges and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Design and build scalable data and automation solutions to reduce manual processes

  • Leverage AI and intelligent workflows to enhance speed, accuracy, and decision-making

  • Translate complex business problems into actionable, data-driven solutions

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability

  • Perform data quality assessments and maintain ongoing monitoring processes

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and analytics teams to implement solutions

  • Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new tools and processes

  • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and visualization

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills in tools and technologies such as Python, SQL, JavaScript, Next.js, Linux environments, and API integration

  • Experience building tools or solutions that automate workflows and improve operational efficiency

  • Background in data analytics, software development, or web development

  • Familiarity with applying AI or intelligent automation to solve business problems

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
