Windows System Administrator

We are looking for a Windows System Administrator with strong Active Directory experience to manage and support enterprise Windows environments. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with AD, user management, Group Policy, and troubleshooting infrastructure issues., * Manage and support Active Directory (AD) environment (users, groups, OUs)

• Administer Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and domain services
• Create, modify, and disable user accounts and permissions
• Troubleshoot AD authentication, login, and access issues
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022)
• Monitor system performance and ensure system availability
• Perform patching, upgrades, and security updates
• Manage file servers, permissions, and shared resources
• Support backup and disaster recovery processes
• Work with infrastructure and network teams for issue resolution
• Maintain documentation and follow IT standards

• Strong experience with Active Directory (AD DS)
• Hands-on with Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP
• Experience in Windows Server Administration
• Good knowledge of user access management & security
• Experience with PowerShell scripting (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of VMware / Hyper-V
• Strong troubleshooting skills, * 5+ years of experience as Windows/System Administrator
• Experience in enterprise AD environments (multi-domain)
• Knowledge of Azure AD / Hybrid environment
• Certifications like MCSA / MCSE (plus)
