IT Program Manager

• Direct overall program execution, staffing, performance management, and risk/issue escalation.
• Serve as the primary interface with CBP/DHS stakeholders, lead governance reviews and briefings.
• Ensure SLA compliance, reporting accuracy, and on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee transition-in/out, continuity of operations, and change management.
• Maintain compliance with DHS/CBP security, privacy, and policy requirements, coordinate audits and corrective actions.
• Drive modernization initiatives (automation, Zero Trust visibility, cloud integrations) in partnership with engineering leads.

• Experience : 7+ years of direct project and program management experience in delivery of information systems or computer network support services.
• Education : bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
• Certifications (Required): PMP and CISSP.
• Clearance/Suitability : Active Top Secret and SCI-eligible.

• Normal office conditions with potential to perform duties in CONUS locations.
• Core hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0600 - 1700.
• May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
