GenAI Product Owner

A client of Insight Global is looking for a GenAI Product Owner to join their team. This individual will be responsible for leading the implementation and governance of AI within Watts Water's IT organization, which is in its AI infancy phase. This person will be working with Microsoft Copilot primarily, looking to embed its agents across every IT platform/tool. Rather than standing up an AI team, this person will more so be a collaborative and trusted advisor on how to best implement and utilize AI across the IT organization's units (infrastructure, data, applications, etc.). This person must also be comfortable and experienced with creating training curriculums and protocols for AI best practices and uses. Salary for this position is between $132,000 and $153,000.

• 5+ years of experience with new technology introductions as a PO, specifically with AI
• Specifically Microsoft Copilot
• Needs experience leveraging embedded AI across platforms within an organization § Workday, Salesforce, etc.

• PO-level acumen and experience with MS Copilot AI

• Roadmaps, governance, strategic direction, creating training curriculums, etc.

• Must have a strong understanding of data/a data background

• Experience building solutions from an AI perspective using data

• This person must be collaborative

• HM manager wants this person to come into the organization and feel like a trusted advisor, with the ability to work collaboratively across various IT teams
