Job description
We are seeking a PC Refresh Technician (Tier 1/2) to support enterprise-level hardware refresh initiatives while delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience to end users. This role is responsible for the deployment, replacement, configuration, and support of end-user computing devices, ensuring minimal disruption and an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically capable, and comfortable working directly with users in a professional environment, including executives and VIP stakeholders.
Requirements
1-3+ years of experience in desktop support, PC refresh, deployment, or help desk support Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments Strong understanding of PC hardware, imaging, and end-user device configuration Familiarity with Active Directory (password resets, basic account/device management) Experience with ticketing systems and IT documentation Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to deliver a white-glove experience in a professional or corporate environment Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
