Visa Independent - Informatica MDM Lead (Onsite)

• Lead design & implementation of Informatica MDM (Multidomain/Customer 360) & MDM SaaS
• Gather requirements and drive solution architecture
• Define data models, match/merge rules, hierarchies, and survivorship frameworks
• Configure IDD and oversee user experience
• Lead integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services
• Manage batch processes, real-time services, and production releases
• Coordinate offshore teams and ensure quality delivery

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Lead to drive enterprise Master Data Management initiatives. The role involves leading end-to-end MDM solutions, working closely with stakeholders, and managing onsite-offshore team, * 10-15 years IT experience, 6+ years in Informatica MDM & MDM SaaS

• Strong expertise in MDM architecture, data modeling, and governance
• Hands-on IDD configuration
• Strong SQL and database skills
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
• Proven leadership and stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Healthcare/Life Sciences domain experience
• HCP/HCO/Patient data knowledge, HIPAA/GDPR
• Experience with Veeva, Salesforce, IICS, Snowflake
