- Lead the strategic planning and execution of a complex program portfolio (e.g., Core architecture, New Product Introductions (NPIs), transforming vague or ambiguous projects into clear goals and executable milestones.
- Define program success criteria and establish measurable milestones. Analyze and optimize metrics to drive measurable improvements in execution velocity, quality, and efficiency across the organization.
- Leverage technical expertise to guide technology reviews, evaluate technical proposals, and drive consensus on architectural trade-offs.
- Act as a central catalyst for alignment among engineering, and other stakeholders, ensuring long-term strategy and short-term plans are synchronized across organizational silos.
- Provide a strong focus on quantitative analysis, translating complex data findings into actionable plans and strategic recommendations for engineering leadership.

Requirements
Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area., * Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with Network Architecture.
- Experience with agile project management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with dataplane, control plane, management plane and software defined networking.
Benefits & conditions
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
