Job description
The Cloud Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of cloud-based applications and infrastructure. This role bridges operations, engineering, and customer experience to deliver high system uptime and seamless service delivery., Oversee day-to-day operations of SaaS platforms, ensuring high availability and performance (uptime, latency, SLAs)
Monitor systems using observability tools (logs, metrics, alerts) and lead incident response and resolution
Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and engineering teams to deploy, maintain, and optimize infrastructure
Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
Establish and track KPIs/SLAs/SLOs for system reliability and customer experience
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO)
Coordinate change management, releases, and maintenance activities
