Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst (Power BI Developer) to design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders. This role requires strong expertise in data modeling, DAX, and SQL, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and intuitive BI solutions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with business, engineering, and analytics partners to drive data-informed decision-making., * Design,develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports thatprovide accurate, timely, and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Buildand optimize semantic data models to support scalable,consistent, and high-performing BI solutions.
- Write,optimize, and maintain DAX measures and calculated columns tosupport complex business logic and KPIs.
- Analyzelarge and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, andopportunities.
- Partnerwith business stakeholders to understand requirements , define KPIs,and translate needs into effective BI solutions.
- Developand maintain SQL queries and views to extract, transform, andanalyze data from multiple data sources.
- Ensuredata accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards.
- Supportongoing dashboard enhancements, performance tuning, and user adoption.
- Documentdata models, business logic, KPIs, and report definitions to supportgovernance and reuse.
Requirements
- Stronghands-on experience with Power BI , including dashboard design,report development, and workspace management.
- Provenexpertise in data modeling (star schema, fact/dimensionmodeling, performance optimization).
- Advancedproficiency in DAX for measures, time intelligence, andcomplex calculations.
- Strong SQLskills , including writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, andperformance optimization.
- Experienceanalyzing datasets and translating data insights into clear, business-friendlynarratives.
- Abilityto translate business requirements into technical BI solutions withminimal guidance.
- Excellentcommunication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienceworking with enterprise or centralized semantic models.
- Familiaritywith data governance, security, and access controls in Power BI.
- Experiencewith large-scale or enterprise BI reporting environments.
- Exposureto Azure data services (e.g., Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Data Lake) is aplus.
- Strongdocumentation and presentation skills for executive or leadershipaudiences.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
