Job description
UST is searching for a Technical Development Lead who will design, validate, and implement the technical architecture of projects in coordination with Architecture.
The opportunity:

Define, reinforce, and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices. Review Pull Requests (PRs) and provide clear and actionable technical feedback. Ensure adequate test coverage (unit, integration, and automated tests).

Team Management and Mentoring Mentor senior and mid-level developers, raising the team's technical level. Support technical onboarding processes. Identify individual strengths and opportunities for improvement. Foster a culture of continuous learning, ownership, and constant improvement.

Actively participate in technical estimations (story points/effort). Collaborate with the Product Owner/Project Manager on sprint planning and refinements.

Communication and Coordination

Serve as the liaison between the technical team and functional roles (Product Owner, QA, Architecture, DevOps). Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives).

Documentation and Technical Governance Create and maintain technical documentation: architecture diagrams, flows, APIs, and technical decisions. Document relevant changes, configurations, and key technical agreements.

Automation and DevOps Coordinate CI/CD pipelines and test and deployment automation. Ensure the stability of environments (DEV, QA, PROD).

Monitor logs, performance, and technical health of solutions in conjunction with DevOps. Soft Leadership

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development.

Previous experience as a Technical Lead / Tech Lead / LTD leading teams.

Experience working with complex architectures, integrations, and production environments.

Technical Knowledge (adjustable depending on the stack): Backend development and/or integrations. REST APIs / microservices.

Relational and/or non-relational databases. CI/CD practices, version control, and code reviews. Agile methodologies

Advanced English

Desirable:

Experience in enterprise environments.

Experience working with multiple teams or vendors.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and observability.
