Junior Data Scientist

We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Scientist with 2 3 years of experience to join our team in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have domain exposure in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), retail, or foodservice, and a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical modeling, and business insights. Key Responsibilities * Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support business decision-making

• Develop, validate, and deploy predictive and statistical models
• Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and supply chain
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings
• Apply domain knowledge in CPG, retail, or foodservice to solve real-world business problems
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve solutions

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2 3 years of hands-on experience in data science or analytics roles
• Experience working in CPG, retail, or foodservice industries
• Strong proficiency in Python or R
• Solid understanding of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
• Experience with SQL and data manipulation
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
