Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience. You should have a proven track record of delivering effective solutions in complex, enterprise-level environments.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong proficiency in Workday Security models and Business Process (BP) configuration.
- Workday Certification in Core HCM is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and verbal, written communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
