Job description

We are seeking a Service Design & Delivery Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting the Copilot Acceleration program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity solutions, Azure, and Microsoft Information Protection/Purview and a proven ability to plan and deliver end-to-end services encompassing design, build, and operations with a focus on user experience, process, and compliance., * Manage overall program execution and health, including tasks, risks, dependencies, and impediments.

  • Own end-to-end plans to ensure delivery by expected dates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize dependencies and drive closure of open deliverables.
  • Engage and support bank and vendor teams to define critical tasks and interdependencies required for delivery.
  • Track watch items, issues, and risks with mitigation plans to resolve before implementation.
  • Oversee user experience testing and document results as required.
  • Manage user migration, communications, and training activities for programs.
  • Drive development of service management measures and KPIs.
  • Document improvement plans during delivery as needed.
  • Prepare briefing notes, reports, program updates, and action plans for senior management.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity services.
  • Working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Information Protection, and Microsoft Purview.
  • Strong program and project management skills, including risk, dependency, and issue management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce concise executive updates.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience delivering bank-grade services with security and compliance controls.
  • Background in user migration planning, communications, and training enablement.
