Systems Engineer (IT Support & Operations)

• Looking for 10+ Years experienced candidate in System Engineer Role

Note: Candidates should have experience in FedRAMP (Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program) administration, * Candidate should have experience in FedRAMP (Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program) administration and ability to manage high-trust environments (isolated from commercial production).

• Candidate should have experience to support for C-level staff (soft skills are critical).
• Candidate should have In-depth knowledge of Windows/Android, Apple ecosystem of products, including Macs, iPhones, and iPads.
• Advanced proficiency with standard IT productivity tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jamf, InTune, Okta, Zoom, Slack).
• Strong knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to thoroughly resolve issues across various systems supported at client.
