Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field; or a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field with no degree.
- Serves as Scrum Master for an assigned Agile team within a specified product or feature area.
- Coaches team / team members on adherence to Lean / Agile methodology, striving to improve productivity, predictability and transparency. Foundational skills in analytical thinking, effective presentations, managing multiple priorities, project administration & management and technology savvy.
- Acts with integrity. Foundational skills in building partnerships, driving innovation, focusing on execution and striving for excellence.
