Job description
The organization is building a Digital Innovation (DI) capability focused on imagining what's next, designing with intent, and realizing outcomes for Internal Sales teams-grounded in real delivery conditions. - Partner with AX early to ensure readiness, confidence, and adoption from day one

- Ensure innovation concepts align to long-term strategic priorities through measurable outcomes, feasibility, and a credible maturation path
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in UX or product design, including ownership of complex workflows and influence across cross-functional teams
