Job description

Responsible for supporting multiple Supply Chain modules, including Maintenance Management, and technologies for Shared Services, employees, and managers. This position completes Supply Chain-related activities such as data conversion, functional specifications, program software system quality testing, and support within all projects. Additionally, this role supports the integrity, effectiveness, and efficiency of services related to the Supply Chain/Maintenance Modules. In addition, this position resolves support tickets and performs testing in partnership with various internal and external teams. Ensures confidentiality, prioritizes and manages work independently, and collaborates on projects to deliver agreed outcomes within the assigned scope.

  • Supports Supply Chain/Maintenance applications by enhancing business processes, productivity, and quality while maintaining strategic priorities.
  • Facilitates cross-functional integration and improves knowledge transfer through team collaboration on best practices and research.
  • Understands and manages changes impacting work streams.
  • Continuously updates knowledge of Supply Chain/Maintenance processes, applications, technology, policies, procedures, and relevant laws to discuss application design needs.
  • Embraces creative solutions and is open to altering business processes for system optimization.
  • Shares ideas and system knowledge to boost team effectiveness and foster positive relationships.
  • Communicates clearly and timely with all business partners to meet project deadlines and ensure task completion.
  • Ensures solutions for identified gaps are completed on time for a successful end-user experience.
  • Participates in requirement gathering sessions to document objectives and gaps, and assists in identifying and documenting requirements.
  • Provides functional specifications, documents, builds, and tests changes to processes and business practices for all projects.
  • Supplies information to the Training team for developing end-user training materials.
  • Logs and escalates issues as required by the project plan.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Supply Chain systems/operations [Required]
  • Basic system/application/data troubleshooting [Required]
  • Analytical skills, critical thinking and root cause analysis process [Required]
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills [Required]
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.) [Required]
  • Computer Literacy [Required]
  • Previous project/process design or improvement skills [Preferred]
  • System Testing/Data Modeling Applications [Preferred]
  • Data report development skills [Preferred]
  • Relational data base concepts [Preferred]
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision [Preferred]

Education:

  • Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:

  • in related field or 3-5 years combined experience related to Supply Chain, Healthcare, Maintenance Management or equivalent experience may be considered

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) [Preferred]
  • Six Sigma [Preferred]

-Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) [Preferred]
