Job description
- Serve as the first point of contact for operational issues.
- Review incoming tickets, identify root causes, and determine impacts.
- Investigate logs from drones and identify failures or anomalies.
- Develop scripting solutions or validators to integrate into the data pipeline.
- Work towards systemic fixes, not just short-term patching.
Requirements
Our client, a leading organization in innovative data solutions, is seeking a Systems Development Engineer II to join their team. As a Systems Development Engineer II, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support Department supporting the Data Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization., * Proficiency with coding (Python preferred; C++ exposure useful).
- Ability to build scripts/tools to validate data.
- Strong software troubleshooting experience and troubleshooting mindset.
- Ability to work with logs and diagnose software/system behavior.
- Understanding of the AI pipeline, including how to verify correctness of AI outputs.
