Job description
As SAP Change Manager, you will play a key role in a large-scale digital transformation program. You will be responsible for driving change adoption across the organisation, ensuring SAP solutions are embedded smoothly into day-to-day operations and deliver tangible business value. Acting as a trusted partner to both business and IT, you will align people, processes and technology throughout the transformation journey.
Change Strategy & Planning
- Define and implement an end-to-end change management strategy aligned with the SAP program roadmap and business objectives.
Stakeholder Management
- Identify and actively engage key stakeholders, building strong relationships and managing expectations across all levels of the organisation.
Communication & Training
- Develop targeted communication plans and coordinate training initiatives to ensure user readiness, understanding and adoption of SAP solutions.
Impact & Readiness Analysis
- Analyse organisational and process impacts resulting from SAP changes and define mitigation actions to minimise disruption.
Governance & Reporting
- Establish clear change governance structures and provide transparent progress reporting to senior leadership and program governance bodies.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with project managers, SAP functional teams and business stakeholders to embed change into operational reality and support sustainable adoption., * Scale & Impact: Lead engagements with significant budgets, international teams, and strategic business impact.

Requirements
Proven experience in Change Management within large-scale SAP implementations, with S/4HANA experience considered a strong asset. Solid understanding of digital transformation principles, ERP landscapes and end-to-end business processes.
Change & Stakeholder Management
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders. Hands-on experience working with Prosci ADKAR or similar change management methodologies.
Way of Working
Comfortable operating in a complex, fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities within large transformation programs. Pragmatic, structured and outcome-oriented, with a focus on adoption and business value.
Nice to Have
- SAP certification or strong functional ERP knowledge.
- Experience with global SAP rollouts and multi-country implementations.
- Background in organisational design, process optimisation, or business process reengineering.
