Job description

Driven by the passion to improve quality of people's lives, WSA continues to grow as a market leader in the hearing aid industry. With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.

Join a global R&D team working on connected technologies and software platforms. In this role, you will design and develop robust C#/.NET applications with a focus on Bluetooth integration, contributing to key initiatives such as abstraction layers, engineering tools, and CI/CD pipeline support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across international locations to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical challenges and working in collaborative, international environments.

What you will do

  • Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient software using C#/.NET in an agile environment
  • Design Bluetooth abstractions and software components for integration into existing systems
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance applications to improve performance and reliability
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and global engineering teams
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support build and release processes across sites
  • Create technical documentation and incorporate user feedback to improve solutions.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, with strong C#/.NET expertise
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, principles, and clean code practices
  • Hands-on experience working in agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with Bluetooth technologies or SDK integration is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
