Job description

As a support & Implementation specialist, you will be utilizing your strong functional and operational knowledge to assist the project team. You will be supporting major projects in Employee Central and working alongside cross-functional business departments and the Team Lead. Additionally, you will need to understand functional and business roadmap deployment schedules. To ensure successful prioritized business initiatives across the SuccessFactors, you will work closely with IT peers to define and test solutions. SAP SuccessFactors Time Management would be a Bonus.

Requirements

Ideally, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. You must have a minimum of 2/3+ years of hands-on experience with Employee Central. You should possess a working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service skills are a must. Ideally, Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experienced in HRIS Data Migrations. You must be able to explain complex concepts effectively to the business, while also being technical enough to review designs and approaches with technical resources in detail. Proficiency in the English language is required and the right to work in Spain.

After successfully collaborating with this business for over three years, we are now searching for an in-house SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join their HR/IT team in Spain for a 18 month Fixed-Term Contract. The position can mainly be remote in Spain.
