Computer Field Technician

Insight Global is seeking a qualified Computer Field Technician in support of one of our healthcare clients in Virginia Beach VA. This candidate will be supporting the annual computer replacement initiative. The day?to?day will include: * Replace and deploy end-of-life computers for both clinical and non-clinical users, including remote workers. * Image, configure, and test computers to ensure full functionality, including print services and user-specific requirements. * Utilize Intune for device enrollment, policy deployment, application delivery, and compliance monitoring. * Manage Active Directory (AD) and Intune groups for device and user assignments as needed. * Ensure accurate LWS (Lifecycle Workstation Services) record management and proper documentation of device actions. * Maintain up-to-date asset inventory, tracking all computer equipment from deployment through disposal. * Follow established procedures for equipment asset disposal, ensuring compliance with data security protocols. * Provide clear communication and customer service to end users during equipment replacement activities.

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience in IT support or hardware deployment roles preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows imaging, Microsoft Intune, and Active Directory, ServiceNow
• Experience with inventory tracking systems and asset management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across clinical and non-clinical settings and with remote user populations.
