Job description
Infosys is seeking a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft tools.
The selected candidate must be able to address user issues, resolve technical problems, manage tickets, product service requests and perform needed configuration updates. The selected candidate must be able to interact with customer process consultants and SME's, perform root cause analysis where required and improve processes.
Requirements

4 years of relevant Information Technology experience

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Location for this position is anywhere in the USA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.

In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to "U.S. persons" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.

4 years of experience with PeopleSoft application development and support

Experience with People tools, component interfaces, integration broker and other PS technologies.

Good understanding of software engineering practices and support processes., * Understanding of various business processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience and desire to work closely with customers.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
