Job description

This role is focused on driving measurable outcomes for suppliers, sellers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. The work centers on full-funnel ad solutions that use in-store and online data, broad reach, and flexible pricing and buying models to help businesses build brand awareness and convert shoppers. As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will act as the technical lead for supplier and measurement technology partners, helping them design scalable API integrations, improve adoption of advertising products, and unlock advertiser value through strong implementation. Internally, you will advocate for the tools, systems, and data infrastructure needed to support partner growth at scale. This role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and enablement, and is best suited for someone who can think in systems, communicate across functions, and build for impact.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the product expert and strategy lead driving feature adoption and performance improvement across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Videos, and Display.
  • Deeply understand a partner's business needs and use cases to help document media solutions capabilities and identify technical opportunities to improve performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, including executive stakeholders, with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and mutual growth.
  • Monitor performance and analyze metrics to identify and recommend strategies for improving adoption of core products and new features.
  • Conduct technical brainstorms and feedback sessions with partner engineering teams to surface new feature ideas and gather integration insights.
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams to align on product changes, integration processes, and technical developments with clear and consistent communication.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives by surfacing strategic opportunities and promoting innovative thinking within the team and with clients.
  • Provide strategic guidance by advising partners on technical best practices and recommendations to best leverage advertising solutions.

Requirements

  • A proactive, results-oriented self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and focused on client outcomes.
  • An executive-ready communicator and collaborator who works effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams.
  • A strategic problem-solver with experience building scalable solutions; retail, marketplace, and B2B experience are a plus.
  • A data-literate operator who can use dashboards, SQL, experimentation, and insights to drive action., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field and 2 years of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or a related area, or 4 years of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or a related area.
  • Direct experience supporting suppliers in the e-commerce space.
  • Experience with measurement SaaS platforms; advertising technology partner experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs., * Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising, technical consulting, or technical account management.
  • Experience working with Ads.
