Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

As part of the Workday Technology team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful Workday integration solutions. As a Manager, you guide the execution of our Workday integration strategy, maintaining a customer-centric approach that supports PwC's goals and vision. You lead workshops with clients and 3rd party vendors to translate business requirements into Workday integration designs, advise clients on both industry and technology leading practices, and demonstrate technical specialization in implementing Workday integrations of various types.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Workday integration strategies
  • Guide client workshops to translate business needs into integration designs
  • Advise clients on industry and technology leading practices
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in implementing various Workday integrations
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach aligning with PwC's goals and vision
  • Collaborate with clients and third-party vendors to deliver integration solutions
  • Mentor and develop junior team members in Workday technology
  • Uphold PwC's standards of quality and integrity in deliverables, * Understanding Workday technology, data conversion methodology, and tools
  • Exploring design options creatively with clients and vendors
  • Technical specialization in implementing Workday integrations
  • Leading technical workstreams and coordinating with module leads
  • Technical integration experience with external 3rd parties
  • Proficiency with SaaS application delivery on a global level

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of developing Workday HCM or FINS integrations
  • Workday Pro certification(s)

What Sets You Apart

  • Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Organizational Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, or Finance preferred
  • Workday Integration or Workday Studio certifications preferred
  • Leading workshops with clients and 3rd party vendors

Benefits & conditions

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
