Azure Data Engineer Associate

• 7+ years of U.S. federal experience with a Bachelor's degree.\n
• Recent, hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and/or Gotham.\n
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing Palantir solutions and integrating complex data environments.\n
• Experience supporting technical solutioning, capture, and proposal development.\n
• Ability to obtain a Position of Public Trust.\n

This role operates across the full lifecycle - from opportunity shaping and technical solutioning through capture, proposal development, pricing, and post-award delivery assurance. The successful candidate will directly influence technical win strategies while maintaining accountability for execution fidelity in mission environments.\n \n The ideal candidate is a hands-on Palantir practitioner who can architect data-driven solutions, integrate complex data environments, and translate platform capabilities into operational and mission outcomes.\n \n This is a build, sell, and validate role requiring both platform depth and growth accountability.\n \n \nCore Responsibilities\n \n \nGrowth, Sales Engineering & Solutioning\n \n \n

• Lead technical solutioning for federal opportunities involving Palantir Foundry and/or Gotham, data integration across structured and unstructured sources, and operational analytics and mission workflows.\n
• Directly influence and help drive technical wins by defining platform-based discriminators, leading demos and whiteboarding sessions, and translating data platform capabilities into decision advantage and mission outcomes.\n
• Partner with Business Development and Capture teams to shape opportunities pre-RFP and present and defend technical approaches in client and mission-facing environments.\n

\n \nAI-Enabled Engineering (Required)\n \n \n

• Aleut Federal expects AI to be embedded into all data platform solutions as a core capability.\n
• Design and implement AI-enabled data solutions within Palantir environments, including predictive analytics, decision support, data-driven automation, and LLM-enabled workflows where appropriate.\n
• Support orchestration of multi-step analytical workflows leveraging AI and integrate AI-driven decision support within operational platforms.\n
• Required: experience applying AI/ML within data platforms or analytics environments. Strongly preferred for Senior Principal: delivery of AI-enabled data solutions in production environments with measurable mission impact.\n
• Ensure AI implementations align with federal requirements for security, data protection, transparency, and auditability.\n

\n \nCapture, Proposal & Pricing\n \n \n

• Lead and contribute to technical proposal development for Palantir-based opportunities.\n
• Author and own complete technical sections, including data architecture, ontology and data model approach, platform implementation, and integration strategy.\n
• Build BOEs aligned to data engineering effort, platform implementation scope, and integration complexity.\n
• Ensure solutions are executable, cost-aligned, and differentiated.\n

\n \nDelivery Assurance & Technical QA\n \n \n

• Ensure alignment between proposed Palantir solutions and delivered implementations.\n
• Provide technical oversight during data onboarding, integration, configuration, and deployment.\n
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, performance, scalability, security, and access control.\n

\n \nTechnical Marketing, Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement\n \n \n

• Develop Palantir- and data-platform-focused solution briefs, capability messaging, and mission use cases.\n
• Actively participate in industry events, client briefings, and technical forums and be willing to speak credibly about mission outcomes enabled by Palantir-based solutions.\n
• Position Aleut Federal as a credible Palantir and data platform integrator.\n
