Job description
We are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead and drive organizational change initiatives aligned with business transformation programs. This role will work closely with leadership, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working., * Lead end-to-end change management strategy for transformation programs (digital, AI, ERP, etc.)
- Conduct impact assessments and define change approach
- Develop and execute communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and training strategies
- Drive organizational readiness and user adoption
- Partner with business leaders and project teams to embed change practices
- Manage resistance and risk mitigation strategies
- Track and report change metrics, adoption KPIs, and success measures
- Support culture transformation and workforce transition initiatives
- Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and client presentations (if required)
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Change Management / Organizational Transformation
- Strong experience in digital transformation, AI adoption, or enterprise implementations (SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
- Expertise in change frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR Model, Kotter s 8-Step Change Model)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience in large-scale global transformation programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, * Certification in Prosci / Change Management
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience in consulting environments (Big4 / Tier-1 firms preferred)
- Exposure to AI-led transformation or HR transformation initiatives
