Job description
This is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll be supporting day-to-day IT across the business, while also getting involved in ongoing upgrades and improvements. What you'll be doing:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support across desktops, laptops and mobile devices
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and basic network issues
- Managing users and devices within Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding of users
- Carrying out patching, upgrades and general maintenance
- Assisting with device rollouts and IT improvements
- Supporting multiple UK sites when required
Requirements
- Experience in a 1st/2nd line IT Support or Desktop Support role
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, on-site environment
- Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence preferred
