Job description

This is a hands-on, site-based role where you'll be supporting day-to-day IT across the business, while also getting involved in ongoing upgrades and improvements. What you'll be doing:

  • Providing 1st and 2nd line support across desktops, laptops and mobile devices
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software and basic network issues
  • Managing users and devices within Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding of users
  • Carrying out patching, upgrades and general maintenance
  • Assisting with device rollouts and IT improvements
  • Supporting multiple UK sites when required

Requirements

  • Experience in a 1st/2nd line IT Support or Desktop Support role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, on-site environment
  • Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
