Salesforce Ownership & Development
- Act as the primary owner of Salesforce (Sales Cloud), including configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimisation
- Deliver hands-on configuration (flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts) and light development where needed
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system usability
- Reduce dependency on third-party developers by bringing capability in-house
Revenue Systems Strategy
- Manage and optimise the broader revenue tech stack, including Marketing Cloud Engagement, Natterbox, and other third-party integrations
- Ensure systems are aligned with business goals and support scalable growth
- Evaluate and implement new tools or enhancements where appropriate
Reporting & Data Visibility
- Own Salesforce reporting and dashboards across sales, marketing, and revenue operations
- Build and maintain clear, actionable dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders
- Improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility across systems
- Enable data-driven decision-making across the organisation
Process Automation & Optimisation
- Design and implement automated workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Analyse funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to refine processes
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to understand requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Provide training and support to end users to maximise system adoption
Requirements
Seeking a proactive and technically capable Salesforce & Revenue Systems Lead to take ownership of a revenue technology stack and drive continuous improvement across our systems and processes. This hybrid role blends hands-on Salesforce configuration and light development with strategic oversight of system performance and scalability.
You will play a key role in reducing reliance on external developers, enhancing conversion rates, and building efficient, automated processes that support our commercial teams. A critical part of the role is owning reporting, dashboards, and data visibility across the business to enable informed decision-making., * Proven experience administering and developing within Salesforce (Sales Cloud essential)
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, reporting, dashboards)
- Experience working with Marketing Cloud Engagement and telephony integrations such as Natterbox
- Solid understanding of revenue operations, sales processes, and funnel optimisation
- Experience managing or integrating third-party tools within a CRM ecosystem
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality and insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, * Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator)
- Basic Apex or Lightning development experience
- Experience reducing external vendor reliance and building internal capability
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., APIs, middleware platforms)
