Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on Siebel CRM experience, especially in Service Request, case management, workflows, assignment rules, screens, views, applets, and integrations.
  • Ability to assess current case lifecycle, agent screens, data entry steps, queues, handoffs, escalations, approvals, and case closure process.
  • Identify AHT drivers caused by duplicate entry, screen switching, missing context, manual workarounds, poor search, unclear case history, or weak integrations.
  • Experience with legacy modernization where Siebel remains the core system and improvements are delivered through overlays, automation, integration, and process optimization.
  • Strong workshop facilitation skills with business, operations, agents, supervisors, IT, and architecture teams to convert findings into practical improvement opportunities.
