Network Administrator

The client is seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment across multiple U.S. facilities. This role blends advanced Tier 2 and Tier 3 responsibilities, including firewall administration, wireless design, routing/switching, and hands-on support for plant operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a proactive problem solver, and a dependable team player with an "I got it" mentality., Provide advanced Tier 2 support and assist Tier 1 teams when needed

-Cover for technicians during PTO (3-4 weeks per year)

-Work from a ticketing system and respond to issues via Teams chat

-Participate in the escalation chain for critical outages

Top Skills' Details

1.Firewall & Security

-Perform firewall administration, rule creation, and monitoring

-Maintain strong operational uptime ("keep the lights on")

-Support governance activities as needed

-Palo Alto experience is a plus

2.Wireless Networking, Cisco Meraki experience a plus * Customer service skills, team player, able to work in a fast pace environment * CCNA is not required but nice.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Murfreesboro, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $48.00/hr.
