Java Full Stack Developer

Develop and maintain custom intranet applications using React, Java, and Spring Boot with seamless internal and external integrations. Build and consume secure APIs, ensuring strong authentication, authorization, and compliance with enterprise security standards. Design scalable, high-performance architectures to support complex business workflows and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, refine technical specifications, and deliver end-to-end solutions. Perform code reviews, optimize application performance, and ensure best practices in coding, security, and design. Troubleshoot application issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions within agile development frameworks.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 6-8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using Java, Spring Boot, React, and API-based architectures. Strong proficiency in building secure, scalable applications with enterprise-grade integrations. Proven experience in authentication/authorization, API development, and implementing best practices for security and performance.
