As a Client Account Executive - Enterprise at SAP Concur, you will be responsible for driving solution-focused sales motions and revenue growth within assigned territory or customer segment. You will build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, develop compelling value propositions, and close opportunities while partnering with internal teams to ensure customers realize value from SAP Concur solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Generate demand, manage pipeline, and close new business opportunities for SAP Concur's travel, expense, and invoice solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualification and needs analysis through negotiation and close.
- Develop opportunity plans with clear, compelling solution value propositions tailored to customer business challenges.
- Progress opportunities for cloud adoption, expansion, renewals, and upsells with both new and existing accounts.
Customer & Territory Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships at multiple levels, including executives and key decision makers.
- Conduct white space analysis to identify growth and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
- Collaborate with account teams, partners, and internal experts to coordinate sales campaigns and solution delivery.
- Stay informed about SAP Concur's products, competitive landscape, and market trends to position solutions effectively.
Sales Process & Reporting
- Accurately document sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline data in SAP's CRM tools.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, proposals, and commercial contracts.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills in complex sales cycles.
Requirements
- Proven track record of software or enterprise solution sales success, preferably in SaaS or cloud environments.
- Experience managing large transactions and strategic pursuits in a competitive market.
- Experience with renewals, expansions and upsells is highly valued.
Skills
- Deep understanding of customer business processes and how SAP Concur solutions create value.
- Excellent communication and executive presence with ability to influence at senior levels.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and partner ecosystems.
Education
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Additional business or technical certifications a plus.
