Integration Lead (TIBCO / Informatica / AWS Migration)

• Lead integration workstream for Data Center Exit to AWS
• Assess current integrations and define target AWS architecture
• Design and implement zero/near-zero downtime integration strategies
• Migrate and modernize TIBCO and Informatica integrations to AWS
• Plan and execute wave-based migration and cutover activities
• Ensure data consistency, reconciliation, and system stability
• Troubleshoot integration issues during migration and post-go-live
• Support hypercare and stabilization phases

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

• TIBCO ESB

• Informatica Cloud (IICS)

Proven experience in:

• Data Center Exit / On-Prem to AWS migration programs
• Designing zero or near-zero downtime integrations

Strong understanding of:

• Integration patterns:

• Batch

• Real-time

• API-based

• Event-driven

• CDC (Change Data Capture)

Experience with:

• Oracle and SQL Server data integration
• Integration across Java and .NET applications

Strong coordination skills across:

• Application, database, cloud, and security teams, * 4-5+ years of experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred)

• Hands-on experience running TIBCO and Informatica on AWS

• Strong knowledge of:

• AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC

• Networking, IAM, and data security concepts

Experience in:

• Incremental data migration

• Wave-based migration and cutover strategies, * Certifications in:

• Integration platforms (TIBCO/Informatica)

• AWS

Experience working in large-scale, mission-critical enterprise environments, * Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and presentation abilities
